Savill’s core role will be to help Hines to deliver a best in class retail environment to compliment the substantial mixed-use campus which is being established. Savills will jointly coordinate the leasing for Cherrywood Town Centre in all facets from inception to opening and into the future.

Savill’s role will cover the leasing of Retail, Leisure, F& B and ancillary service uses to future proof the scheme to act as a new benchmark for both the Irish and European retail landscape.

Hooke & MacDonald are acting as agent on sale of residential, multifamily and development land and at Cherrywood.  They will also play a key role in advising on residential land strategy, design, development and management of completed properties in Cherrywood.

Cushman & Wakefield are a leading global real estate service firm that help clients transform the way people work, shop and live. Their role in Cherrywood Town Centre has been established at the early design stages and will continue right through to project delivery.

Cushman & Wakefield’s consultation on design is critical to ensure the vision and design for the scheme are delivered in line with market demands as well as negotiating with major brands to create a bespoke new retail destination in Dublin.
